Que Se Diche, Pablo Ferro fans.

This site is dedicated to the ART OF PABLO FERRO.

Not many people know this, but Pablo started out in this industry as a teen working with Stan Lee; one of the founders of Marvel Comics with Jack Kirby and Joe Simon. During the 1960's, Pablo's style of artistry in comic illustration caught the attention of Abe Liss.

In his early twenties, Pablo was producing dynamic animated graphics for some of the top advertising campaigns which ultimately led him to be one of the most sought after art directors on Madison Avenue.

Pablo's visionary animation techniques were soon used to create compelling  sequences for motion pictures along with their marketing campaigns, forever changing the landscape of marketing and graphic communications.

His (layout in magazine style), multiple screen sequences along with his quick-cutting editing style were the tools that he perfected and used to pioneer the marketing and branding of motion pictures.

His work was so far ahead of the times during the 1960's, that many creative directors are just now discovering the value of Pablo's historical contributions to this industry. Many of these techniques along with Pablo's hand written lettering are now considered "today's standards"

The irony to Pablo's career is the fact that he has never stopped being a graphic artist, however, he has been exploited as a film doctor, title designer, creative consultant, and film director, ultimately drawing him further from the artistry that he loves and returns to these days.  The good news is from now on, Pablo Ferro will be providing us with a first hand view of the projects that he works on, during development, right here on this site.

We start with this first set of calendar art, created just for fun by the artist himself. All four sets will be presented to his fans as a limited edition; numbered and signed by Pablo. A portion of the proceeds will be used to further create  multi-media gallery shows and provide awards to those who excel in the field of academic art at the college level. More to come on that during this summer.

Pablo's art is in museums, such as the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt in New York. He is still the undisputed Icon of Graphic Art, and continues to work today. Please join us in celebrating the Art of Graphic designer Pablo Ferro, as he continues to contribute his innovative artistry to the world.

Thank you for your support and friendship.

                Sincerely,

                Allen Ferro
